By downloading or using Duo Remote, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. App Usage and Functionality

Duo Remote is designed to act as a universal remote for TVs and AC units via Infrared (IR) and local Wi-Fi networks (IP control). We cannot guarantee that the app will be compatible with every appliance model, brand, or firmware version. The app requires compatible hardware (such as a built-in IR blaster) for IR functionality to operate.

3. In-App Purchases & Advertising

Duo Remote is free to use and supported by advertisements via Google AdMob. We offer a "Lifetime Ad-Free" in-app purchase. By purchasing this tier, advertisements will be removed from the application indefinitely. All transactions are handled securely by Google Play. Refund requests are subject to the standard Google Play refund policies.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Duo Remote is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or complete functionality of the remote codes provided within the app. In no event shall the developers of Duo Remote be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.

5. Updates and Termination

We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time. We may also stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.
